Payment
All orders can be placed by telephone post or online using your debit/credit card or PayPal.
Full payment is required when ordering online.
Please make all cheques payable to Calla Collections.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 6 weeks of ordering. Urgent orders are available, please contact us for more information.
Postage
U.K. orders are sent by courier and will need a signature on delivery.
Refunds and Returns
In the event that your order should reach you in an unsatisfactory condition you must contact us immediately and return it in its original packaging within 7 working days.
We offer 100% refund or replacement, providing you have contacted us immediately either by email or phone.
